Rates & Availability
- All rates and room categories are subject to availability at the time of booking.
Please note that no rooms are held or blocked. - Rates are based on the base room category at the proposed hotels, which are confirmed separately in writing.
- In case of unavailability, hotels may be replaced with similar alternative accommodation, and any difference in cost will be communicated.
- Room upgrades and additional hotel facilities are available at an extra charge.
- Please be aware that rates are not valid during the Diwali, Christmas, and New Year period from 20 December 2026 to 10 January 2027.
- A 5% GST applies to all bookings.
Important Information
- The itinerary may be adjusted due to operational or unforeseen circumstances.
- Vehicles are provided only for transfers and sightseeing as per the itinerary and are not available for personal use.
- Please note that air conditioning will not operate while travelling in hill areas.
- Standard hotel check-in is at 14:00 hrs and check-out is at 11:00 hrs.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- In case of unavoidable circumstances, any additional costs will be payable by the guest.

- An English-speaking local guide during sightseeing, and transfers

Exclusions
- Government taxes other than the applicable 5% GST
- Personal expenses (room service, beverages, tips, etc.)
- Vehicle use beyond the scheduled itinerary, additional excursions
- Entrance fees, travel insurance, and any additional services not mentioned under inclusions.
- Additional costs may arise from weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
Final Confirmation
Final hotel confirmation will be provided separately and is subject to availability at the time of booking.
If the quoted room category or hotel is unavailable, a suitable alternative may be offered, along with any applicable additional costs.
